Do you offer remote programming?
Yes, we offer remote programming for our products. To do so, you must meet the following requirements:
- J2534 compatible device: MDI, MDI Clone, VXDiag or similar
- Computer with Windows operating system
- Internet connection active throughout the session

How long does shipping take and where do you ship?
Our headquarters are located in Spain, and we regularly work with UPS. Shipments are processed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the time the order is confirmed. The estimated delivery time once the shipment is placed is 48-72 hours for Spain, and 4-8 days for the rest of Europe and the rest of the continent.
We also ship internationally to any country in Europe and the rest of the world.
Depending on the destination, the final price may need to be adjusted to cover shipping costs if the country is not covered by our service.
